I wonder to know how can I measure emf field for a buzzer ?

which software is more appropriate and how can I do that?

If I suddenly don't use diode as parallel does the transistor burn?

tnx

Thanks PlanarMetamaterial,
I haven't work with this software would you please give me a good resource to learn specially in this case.

Any full-wave 3D simulator will do the trick - HFSS is the one I'm familiar with. It sounds like a fairly simple setup, so I'd go with whatever software is most accessible to you.

It's unlikely that the emissions of a buzzer extend in the frequency range that requires full EM simulation. You are rather taling about AC magnetic and electrostatic fields.

But without knowing the exact magnet system geometry, how do you want to simulate the fields?

You are right FVM nevertheless is it possible to simulate the spike of inductive load by some softwares?
is there any design kit for ADS to simulate such issue ?

May be I understood the question. I thought you have been asking for a field simulation, but now it sounds like you are only looking for the terminal voltage of buzzer. It can be modelled by an inductor with series resistance in a first order.

I thought you have been asking for a field simulation.

I wanted to examine the field as well but you told me it is infeasible. have I got the point correctly ?
