JFET transistor low leakage and dual?

I have two questions?

1. Can you advise what, available N JFET transistor has the lowest leakage current, ideally something in case SOT23
2. They are sold there, two JFET transistors in one package? I looked at Farnell, but without success
 

1. I think, the times when discrete FETs promised an advantage over monolithic OPs for high performance amplifiers are over for 30 years or so.

Nevertheless you can get a few suitable devices, for replacement and special designs, e.g. https://www.interfet.com/datasheet/IFN421/

2. I guess you are asking about monolithic differential pairs? Two transistors in a package aren't really interesting, except for a slightly improved thermal coupling.

1. You're right, on the other hand, it is not always the transistor amplifier. There are extreme cases where the JFET come in handy.
I play now with extremely small voltages and currents, and there is a JFET blessing

A little deviate from the JFET
Now I'm looking for PNP higher voltage <200V, which has a small collector-base cut-off current.
So far I have found BF821, -10 nA, but I'd say at least an order of magnitude better.
