hi, all friends,

Pls recommend me some documents or resources on RF analog IC design!

Many thanks and Kind Regards,
wonbef

Definetely RF microelectronics by Razavi and The Design of CMOS RFIC by Lee

After reading these 2 books you will have a good solid background and can start reading IEEE papers and get updated with past and current research in RFIC

I believe all these books and documents can be found in EDA forum. Just search and you will have plenty to read.

Good luck

Ulrich L Rohde 's RF/Microwave Circuit design for wireless applications.
maybe it is a good book for RF.

Fundamentals of RF Circuit Design by Jeremy Everard is good book to read also.

I think, «Radio Frequency and Microwave Electronis Illustrated» by M.M.Radmanesh
is good material!

Thomas Lee, "The Design of CMOS Radio-Frequency Integrated Circuits" is very good Cmos RF design book.

regards,
smart
