Exporting all 6 fields generated from cst to matlab

Hii..
i am trying to simulate a simple waveguide structure. and i want all the field components at every point of the structure generated, to be exported to MATLAB .
is there any way to do this.

IN CST: set the field monitor for H and E field... then once 2d results have been created... open the result file...and go to FILE<EXPORT<WRITE ASCII format and export the field.... this will give the field with real and imaginary part at all the computation domain cordinate.
to see the effect with time ... jst varry the phase of the field.
