Philips and Ericsson power transistors

These two companies made a full line of RF and microwave power transistors a few years ago. I tried searching for them and cannot find any reference on their site or on Google.com. Does anyone know the name of the companies they spun off to make these transistors or if they stopped making them.

Around p.103 there are GHz amplifier modules, but there is no signs of power transistors..looks like they don't offer them any more.
 

Philips still produces transistor components. Take a look at:

19 hits under "Microwave transistors"

Ericsson Microelectronics has been acquired by Infineon Technologies (ex. Siemens Semiconductors). Their power transistor product line is here:
