Hello Everyone

Someone please suggest me a popular low side MOSFET driver [single driver] in DIP Package.

I know about TC426/TC427/TC428 [dual low side driver]

Please suggest me an easily available part.

Voltage range of the part should start from 4.5V or lower.

I have only one PWM input.
The part i have mentioned is a dual driver. The other driver [unused] will consume some energy unnecessarily.

Obviously I can use it but will it not be better if I get a single driver in DIP Package? I am using that circuit for battery powered application.

Dear barry

I already have TPS2817 and MCP1416.

I got these from microchip website: TC1411,1412,1413 in DIP Package[for easy prototyping]
