Any advise?

It seems your AdvSch.dll file is corrupted.
Restart AD once, also try to reboot your system once.

I had this issue with AD13 and AD14 after reinstalling and in SAFE MODE just in case it was some other program interfering. Well it turn out that this issue was related to the spooler service being turned off. I have a habit of turning off features on my computer that i do not use, and since i dont have a printer attached to my machine... i stoped the spooler service. So make sure that it is running first before you run altium.

go to start -> run -> type "cmd"

in the command prompt window type:
net start spooler

You should see this:
The Print Spooler service is starting.
The Print Spooler service was started successfully.

Re-open Altium and you should be good.

Why in the world AD needs the spooler service turned on to do a simple copy paste operation is beyond me.

I have been having this same issue also with AD13 and AD14, but unfortunately my spooler service was/is already running. I've tried completely uninstalling/reinstalling AD14 but that did not fix the issue. I am now also having trouble with AD saying that I have no printers installed. Any thoughts?

Goto uninstall, under options, choose uninstall preferences instead of whole program. It will redetect all the printers and fix this copy and paste problem.
