Sangean DPR99 Plus annoying switch fault

This DAB receiver (and I believe some similar Sangean ones) have a problem when turning them on or off, very like, but not the same as, "switch bounce". You press once for "off", and a few seconds later it turns itself back "on" automatically. Very amusing indeed - at first!
Anybody got the repair solution, or even just a relevant circuit diagram for this? By now it is a MEGA annoying fault.
