kT/C noise simulation

Hi everyone,

I'm just wondering if there is a way to simulate the kT/C noise and/or the 1/f noise? I'm using Cadence Virtuoso with eldoD simulator or questa.
If there is no way, should I satisfy with some basic hand written equations??
