Need a datasheet for BAA75 S20LC6OUS

I searche dbut couldn't find. Any more info on it? type of diodes? 6'oh' or 6'zero'?

The link posted for S20LC6OUS seemed to be the correct component - it looked the same as the device I salvaged.

They 0's rather than o's.

Don't know what I was doing wrong because I couldn't find a datasheet when I tried searching for it.
 

BAA75 is code for identifying date of produce and quality control. 2012726162013808120.jpg
