I'm working in my thesis about improvement of handover in mobile wimax with user's profile and I tried to predict target base station with neural network by user’s profile because I want to investigate the influence of knowing target base station before handover over handover delay and throughput.
now i should simulate with matlab,but i dont know how can i do it and what parameters Should be considered for Implementation of handover in matlab?
i really need some similar matlab's cods that give me the correct attitude for doing my project.
I would be appreciated and thankful if everybody can help me.
