You can't separate them, the same stages are used for transmitting and receiving. The only parts that are not shared are the bandpass filter and everything on the second page:

RF pre-amp and audio power amp are only used on receive,
bandpass filter, linear amplifier and power amplifier only used on transmit.

If we can't separate some parts, can we double the parts (ICs) and be able to already dissect the transmitter from the receiver?

What are you trying to achieve? If you want a separate receiver and transmitter you can simply duplicate the common parts but only fit other parts applicable to that purpose.

There is another part of the circuit which is not shown on either diagram, where it says VFO/BFO you have to inject an oscillator signal to tune both receiver and transmitter. Normally, you would transceive on a single frequency so one oscillator works for both modes but you would need to duplicate the oscillator to split the receive and transmit sections.

Even though duplicating some parts would make this a much more expensive project, my friend was told to separate the Tx with Rx so that he can present to a class their functions. He's not allowed by his professor to make a transceiver but make a transmitter and a receiver. We still are not that good in designing schematics for transmitter and receiver that's why we searched for schematics online. But, the problem was they were all transceivers. Thanks Brian!
