CAN WE DEVELOP ASSEMBLER FOR 8051 MICROCONTROLLER USING 'C' LANGUAGE? IF SO HOW

Why do you want to re-invent wheel? There are so many free assemblers available for 8051. Download and use them.

Most of them are written in C/C++. One such is assembler is AS31 and is open source. You'll find the source and binaries at https://www.pjrc.com/tech/8051/tools/as31_old.html
