hello sir's
Till now i had use a only .hex file for burning into ROM. i don't have any idea how to burn .bin file in ROM or what is use of that file.
& how to genrate this file.

i am using KEIL with p89v51rd2.

.hex file and .bin file what is difference

- - - Updated - - -

and flash amgic support only .hex file so how to burn that .bin file into controller.

i am using but i want to use with this file and want to know how to burn such file.

A HEX file contains a check sum for each 16 bytes of data, so a error will be flagged if there is any data corruption. A bin file is a straight data file and contains no check sum. You should always use a HEX file if at all possible.

thanx sir.but sir my question is still i want to know plz.
