Hi experts

I want to create a spice model for a new created device in Altium, is it possible to create a subcircuit in altium that helps simulate my newly created components in altium designer, only what I find for simulation are elementary devices such as the diode the transistor or the resistor and I couldn't find the way to combine them inorder to create a composed subcircuit from them

Something like this in isis

or

like this in cadence

I had a look on the altium designer wiki documentation there isn't a clear walkthough that helps create an entire sub circuit for simulation purposes somthing like generating skt file or mdl file from scratch
