1. What is minimum delay required between 2 SMS sending or Receiving process using SIM300 &
Micro controller.
2. Due to Relay on-off inrush or Spike generate between pole & contact. If this affect controller
operation than how it minimize or remove. Normal Load current is 0.5 A rms.

You can send second SMS after receiving response from SIM300 , no need to keep any extra delay between them

why not add a free-wheeling(fly-back) diode of about 1 Amps across relay's coil.
