To test the following blocks in receiver, what equipment do i need?

LNA: (NWA, NFA, Spectrum A)
Mixer: ?
VCO: ?
PLL: ?
IF ADC, Filter ... ?

Thanks.

These can be used:

LNA: (NVA, NFA, Spectrum A)
Mixer: (NVA, NFA, Spectrum A)
VCO: Spectrum A or dedicated insrument (PN9000 from aeroflex is an example, but Agilent has it's own dedicated intrument, check the web)
PLL: Spectrum A or dedicated insrument (PN9000 from aeroflex is an example, but Agilent has it's own dedicated intrument, check the web)
IF ADC, Filter: for the filter a Spectrum A, for the ADC I don't know...

I hope it can help
