Hi, it's time for me to hand in my homework now. :grin:

I have spent a great weekends at home and finish this interesting suite.

I think you should explain in brief manner what's going on here. Should not you?
 

yes, and here are the compotents.

The circuit is mainly composed of pulse generator and a decimal counting circuit. And the multivibrator is formed by NE555 and the peripheral components. After press S1, Q1 is on and PIN 3 of NE555 outputs the pulse. Five output ends of CD4017 output the high level by turns. Seven LED light up and indicate 1-6 points with the results of the different combination between resistors and transistors.

The PCB you have made is quite fine in quality. Can you help me how can i design and make such nice quality PCBs?

They are not homemade PCBs. The poster ICStation was banned for putting advertisements in the DIY section.
