What is wrong with my active inductor?

this is the circuit i am trying now.(Port 2 is connected to ground. Port 1 you can replace it with a term of 50 Ohm) and q=imag(Zin)/real(Zin) is about 4. how to make it bigger?
 

By design of the circuit, the output impedance of common drain stage M1 loads the active inductor node, so it can hardly achieve high real impedance values.
