Hi everybody,

I am looking for a SOT23 component with Code Marking T6C.
It is a 3 pins component so I'm guessin that pin 1 and 2 are on the same side of the part, and pin 3 is alone on the other side.

I measured voltage between it pin and got that :
V23 = 0.69V
V13 = 0.62V
with Vxy the voltage between pin x and y with the ground of voltmetre on the pin y.

I am guessing it is some kind of transistor but the base would be on the pin3 or it could be 2 diodes connected together with common anode and cathodes on pin 1 and 2.

I already found several part that have a T6 or T6C marking code but none of them really corresponds, I found :
BSS63
HVM17
LM60
t8ZUMT5179

If it helps on my circuit pin 1 is connected to 3.3V, pin 2 to a capacitor and a zener diode both connected to ground, pin 3 is connected to 3.3V through a 1.5k resistor.

I hope to be precise enough.
Can someone tell me what is this part?

thanks,
HeleneCT

I don't know what your circuit supposed to do, but maybe this can help. I found a temperature sensor with the same SMD marking code.

I don't think it's a transistor... It would be weird the base located at pin 3. Usually, the pins on the same side are base and emissor, and the other one is colector.
