ferrite core transformer winding wire guage problem

hi everyone how are you people.. i want to ask , i have this ferrite core. with material PC40 and size EE55 how can i know about its Bmax to use in calculating its turns as shown in Tahmid blog. and also its area A..

and is that core is suitable for 1000 watt inverter.? and also after calculating turns how i can choose the wire ? because in tahmid blog he just calculate turns and he didnt include the power of the invertor in the formulas. please guide me thanks. if tahmid reply to this post then things will be easy . thanks for reading this post need your help. thanks
