OrCAD to Eagle Libraries / Help Please!

Good morning to everyone,

I have some .olb files in OrCAD of PCI components and I would like to export them to Eagle and create a library for them. Is there a way to do this?

The manufacturer doesn't give specs of the components dimensions, so creating a new lib with new devices in Eagle it is almost impossible!

I also have Geber files from this PCB Board, Maybe those can be useful for having a board/schematic in Eagle?

Please any suggestion, advice is highly appreciated!!!
