Hi there,
I have a couple of car power window motors. All of them are for 12 V.
I would like to control them using solid-state devices(not using relays).
Can anyone tell me how can I do this efficiently.
Thanks in advance
Ashfaque

If you're going to run the power window motor in bi-directional, then you should configure the solid-state devices (switches) as H-Bridge.

You can use the L298 as an H-Bridge
L298 = DUAL FULL-BRIDGE DRIVER
OPERATING SUPPLY VOLTAGE UP TO 46 V TOTAL DC CURRENT UP TO 4 A

LMD18200 is a H-Bridge from National with a digital interface.
