Required 16 stage ripple carry binary counter

Dear Sir,

I am using 4020BE ripple carry binary counter for my project which is 14 stage binary counter . But at present I have to extend the timing so I required 16 stage binary counter.

But I am not able to locate the 16 stage binary counter , is there is 16 stage binary counter available and if it is available then kindly send me the link
 

Only one I know of is this but it's TTL not CMOS.

Otherwise you can just add a dual flip-flip, such as the 4013, to the 4020 to get a 16-bit counter.
