I want to layout an inductor. I heard TSMC has a RF library and it automates the inductor layout. Does anyone know where can I get this RF library. Our school has regular TSMC25 library and we can't extract inductors from this library.

Any material that'll teach me how to do inductor layout would be helpful and appreciated. I have done few layouts but never did layout for passive components.

Thanks!

Try to get the TSMCrf process. there are several inductors in the library. So you just need to put the pcell in your layout. In the rf process, there will be thick layers of metal for inductors, and there are also special design rules for inductor.
