manufacturer? datasheet? equivalent?

Thanks tpetar for your help,
the earlier suggestion (S-8521F33MC-BPS-T2Seiko) good be the better one
note: in the circuit pin 1 and 5 is shortened together to one lead.

If there are more possibilities please let me know....
