sim900 mms upgrade problem with customer flash loader

i bought sim900 module. after testing its AT+GSV it is older version instead of 1137B03SIM900M64_ST_MMS which ineeded for mms messages
i tried to upgrade it using the Simcom - sim900 Customer flash loader V1.01 but i contune having error in baud rate. am using arduino demilanove and sim900 from seeedstudio.
