Please recommend an amplifier chip
The following of index
Frequency 10-500MHz
small signal Gain(min) 17dB
Gain flatness(max) 0.2dB
Reverse isolation 36dB
Noise Figure 4dB
Power output 1dB 8dBm
ip3 20dBm
ip2 28dBm
second order harrmonic 32dBm
vswr input/output(max) 1.5:1/1.1:1
dc current (max) 33mA

Mini-Circuit is good.
You might want to take a look at Sirenza

Cheers

thanks, I have already looked for on websites of these two companies. but Reverse isolation 36dB can't be satisfied . Where can find so high isolation ampifier.

Maybe you can try Analog Devices.
Here is an example:

You can connect two MiniCircuit amplifiers in cascade. S12 vill be the sum of them both. Use PI-type attenuators at input, between amp's and at output to achieve correct overall gain AND to serve for low input/output VSWR. Careful PCB layout is important to maintain S12 isolation.

Thank everybody's replies . vswr ,This is really a kind of method 。But the total electric current is limited within 33mA, so it is difficult to use two amplifiers.

try with a signal transistor with emitter feedback and collector feedback
