I need a list of encoder/decoder ICs which have more than 4 Channels.
I have a pair of HT12E and HT12D. But they are only 4 channel.
I need to make a robot which will need multiple channels.
Given that the robot moves, I would need a motor driver. So only 4 channels would mean that the motor driver would run only two motors if I wanted them to run in both directions.
I need a few more channels to control things I am going to put on my robot.
Please do not suggest I use another pair of HT12E and HT12D to get the desired results.
Are there any pair of Encoder/Decoder ICs available in the market which have more than 4 channels?:-?
Addressing dosen't matter!
And I plan to use the 434MHz ASK Rx/Tx Pair to send the data!
And I plan to use a L293D motor driving IC!

Any help would be appreciated.
Thank You

Hi sopan maybe you have any block diagram of your work to help us understand more about this.

This is the block diagram.
But Instead of HT12E/HT12D I want to use some other IC which has more buttons for controls(i.e.channels).
In this diagram the HT12D controls four LEDs. But I want to control more and not just LEDs, but motors. I can do the motor part.
I just want to know if there are any available ICs which have more than 4 channels (i.e.controls)?

HI BROTHER,

I HOPE THIS WILL HELP YOU

https://kitsnspares.com/admin/pdffiles/Remote Controlled Land Rover.pdf

DONT BUY THE KIT, YOU CANT LEARN IF YOU GO EASY.

NOT ALL THINGS YOU MY NEED READ THIS PROPERLY.

YOU WILL JUST NEED A SINGLE CHANNEL. :) LETS GO FOR CODES INSTEAD OF FREQUENCY.

I DID MY MAIN PROJECT DURING COLLEGE YEARS USING THIS IDEA,I WILL HELP.

REGARDS

No no no. I don't thing you people understand what I mean by my question!
Looking at the pdf 'myfaithnka' has sent, we can see that the holtek encoder/decoder pair- HT12E/HT12D is used.
But the HT12D has only four outputs. So I want an encoder/decoder IC pair that has more than 4 channels (outputs) when controlled remotely using the same Rx-Tx modules!

Actually the title should have been "List of popular Encoder/Decoder ICsfor use with 434 MHz ASK transmitter and receiver?"

Ok...

There is an ic pt2262.

What exactly are you going to control other than motors...this seems lot like my project..

Explain more,i am sure i can help.

Thank you 'myfaithnka' for the suggested IC. I think it will suffice (but I may need something better overtime)!
What I really want to do is make a robot with multiple features (or channels)!. I don't want to use the already available transmitter and receiver kits which are widely available.
I want to make it completely on my own and be able to customize it! And I even want to control some LEDs and stuff for detection or for headlights.etc.
Please do not suggest the use of some microcontroller as I have no experience in them (and I don't have any!). So, I need to control some motors for movement and other stuff.
And I want every motor to be bi-directional!.

P.S. - I really wish I had an Arduino!
Regards
