i would like to translate this struction in MikroC code
If the pic send a data (Tx pin) the output pin 5 of portd has 1 logic
if the pic receive data (Rx pin) the output pin5 of portd has 0 logic
Help me please

if you are using interrupts, you can set this bit in the interrupt itself..

if he will read those registors via if condition, they will get cleared... am i right??

I think so. If not he has to clear it manually.

as per i know in pic once we read from rxreg it will get cleared, (or next data in buffer takes place in it). is accessing this reg in any way will clear it..
