i want opamp schematic with low power consumption gain almost 100 and uni polar power supply with frequency of 100khz

It's quite easy, but what do you mean by "low power" consumption? I suggest you to look at the Razavi book (Design of Analog CMOS IC), it explains all the basics for OpAmp design.
 

An LM358 dual or an LM324 quad are old but they have low power consumption. Then they have trouble above only 2kHz, are noisy and produce crossover distortion.
