tsmc pad design

A title.Please discuss

which pad ? analog, digital, power, osc?

to discuss what?
the layout style? the DC spec? or the loading effect?
you should give us a topic

hi jswei303,

Please tell us regarding how layout style, DC spec and loading effect are related to each other for a digital pad. Also please tell us whats the difference between analog pad and digital pad. Please bear it if the question is silly. Please provide me some material if you have.

there is an artisan standard cell kit for tsmc cr018 which comes with many different I/O cells.

Hi oermens,
how about umc 0.18um cmos tech? Is there any thing like that. If so where we can get it. Our cadence in our institute doesnt have io cells. Where to get it?

Thank you oermens. One more help pl. Can you suggest me some good material for mixed signal ic design. We are right now working on tapeout of our module. Our module contains both analog and digital blocks.

the point of research is to do research, not ask others to do your research. there is plenty of literature available either as books or journal articles or lecture notes, you should have 0 problem finding this.
