Hello sir
Is there any advantage of BJT over FET MOSFET etc in world of modern electronics ??
how & why ?

1. FET shows poor performance at high frequency
2. FET has small gain-bandwidth compared to BJT
3. FET shows poor voltage gain
4. FET can be operated only in low power applications
