hey i am designing a high gain opamp with BJTS, using a bipolar supply..
cn anyone help me in wat stages i should divide ths in order to achieve the reqd output???
the input frequency is to b kept 100kHz and the open loop gain must, at least, be 100..

you can use filter for getting 100khz input frequency.

You mean the open loop gain must be 100 at a frequency of 100KHz, for a GBWP of 10MHz? That should be doable, even with off the shelf BJTs, though you will probably need fast devices or some clever design (cascodes, gain boosting, etc).

Is this a design for an ASIC, or are you building this as a discrete circuit on a PCB/breadboard?

See there is no need of BUILDING of such opamp because already a variety of special types of opamp exists. Better you use them instead of building it.
