need help in HSPICE... " **error** the memory request exceeds the current available "

Hi...
im getting the below error when i try to run a code in hspice....

**error** the memory request exceeds the current available space.
# memory which has been allocated = 1347618 kbytes
# memory in next memory request which fails = 1567038 kbytes
Please continue by
Step 1: Inspect input file for possible errors in .TRAN
statement or any sources with repeating functions.
Step 2: If other users or jobs are running, wait until
they free up more memory space.
Step 3: If you are running Windows, you may free some
additional memory by exiting Windows. You need to
add more RAM to run such a large job.

***** job aborted

can any one give a solution for this error please............?

Re: need help in HSPICE... " **error** the memory request exceeds the current availab

1.3GB is a lot of memory, maybe your machine VM settings
have limited the swap space or whatever. But the problem
may be more about generating huge globs of useless data
(such as when some nodes are oscillating at high frequency
small signal).

I'd start with inspecting the circuit and looking for crazy-small
timestep reported, which might indicate instability (real or
numerical-method) or convergence issues. Some numerical
methods will "barely converge" but retain enough numerical
error residue that the circuit can never uprange the timestep.
