[SOLVED] programing a 89c51 or at89c2051

hi,
i ha a P89v51RD2 programar
and 3 microcontroller P89v51RD2, AT89c51, AT89C2051
but can not program 89c51 and 89c2051
pls help me for programing these 2 microcontroller by using P89V51RD2 programar kit
 

Maybe your programmer dont support parallel programming, in that case you cant program 89C2051, but you can use 89S2051.
 

how to program this two M C pls say
i have a MAX232 programar for programing P89v51RD2 only
pls anybody post the ckt diagram for programing these two MC
 

To program reliable predators such as 89C2051 and 89C51 you should use some of older programmers.

For 89C2051 you can use BlowIt (simplest for 89C2051), ATP158-Programator ATMEL µCU (89C20515) or "Atmel 89 Series Device Programmer" (program both serie).

Additional to this try to find and use "S" serie of µC such as 89S2051, 89S51, 89S52.
