Hi friends i'm doing my final year project . i got struck here. I want to receive option(only two options) from uart and based on that i have to generate a random code and display in lcd.. and i have to get it from 4x3 keypad if it matches i want to enable a pin else another pin. Actually the rand() function generates random numbers of different size, i want a 4 digit random number and also help how can i get 4 digit input from keypad... Please anybody help me with this.

He is asking for a Mikroc code for PIC16, and you are giving him a link about AVR? :roll:
