hi ,

could any one please say how to find out the slewrate of a MOSFET?( If they did't mention in MOSFET datasheet)

Do you mean maximum slew rate? That depends on the design of your circuit. It is not a characteristic of a MOSFET.

if i want to calculate du/dt Voltage slew rate(V/us) and di/dt current slew rate (A/us) of the MOSFET, i will give you the details what u want , please let me know if there is any procedure to calculate those two values.

MOSFETs don't have any inherent slew rate. When you use them in a circuit, you may sometimes see slewing behavior, but that is a function of the rest of the circuit, not just the MOSFET itself.

With switching FETs, the only "slew rate" you'll really see mentioned is a max dv/dt on the drain, beyond which problems arise due to feedback through the gate-drain capacitance. However, this slew rate is heavily related to the impedance of the gate drive circuit. In theory, a gate driver with zero impedance means there is no slew rate limit at all.
