question about ddr3 simulation model from MICRON TECHNOLOGY

Hello all

I have downloaded the .zip file that contains several files for the simulaiom model of ddr3. I understand the files and have a shallow idea how to proceed further. Only thing that I am concern about now is that there are 3 models.

Code: 
ddr3.v                      -ddr3 model
ddr3_mcp.v                  -structural wrapper for ddr3 - multi-chip package model
ddr3_module.v               -structural wrapper for ddr3 - module model

Which one is the best. Are they all the same.of course I understand we have to select between either 1 or (2/3) as I understand...

Any idea, please share
