3 phase current calculation

IF I have a 3 phase plug 1 pin for each phase + nuetral + earth.

If the plug has a max current rating how do I work out the max current per phase?
ie if a plug had a rating of say 16A how do I calculate the current per phase . I know it's not 16/3
 

first thing let you know that these are not three phase as you have written --"phase + nuetral + earth."-- there is only one phase. and for current rating say 16amp or so it is the metal bead or pin capacity to handle maximum 16amp for example for low current you can use thin wire and for large current you will have to use thick wire. therefor if all the three pins are thick like each other than every among it can handle 16 amp.

What I meant was phase 1 phase 2 phase 3 neutral and earth
