I am searching for good and intuitive explanation for PLL...

Can someone help in finding good easy explanations for PLL working. Any links for good animations or java applets etc....

Dean Bannerjee has written an excellent book on PLLs, I highly recommend it as a great starting point. He originally wrote this when he was at National Semiconductor, TI now owns National and it is available for free on their site.

Say, funny you would mention java applets. Check out Falstad's simulator. It's animated and interactive.

The IC's shown are phase comparator, op amp, and VCO.

The scope traces show:
