Problem with MICROSTICK programmer

I use the MICROSTICK programmer but when i tried to download the program i get the follow message:


Microstick II SK by Microchip Technology Incorporated

Firmware Suite Version...... 01.28.40
Firmware type......................dsPIC33F/24F/24H
Starter Kit on Board Connected.
Target Detected
Target Device ID (ffff0000) does not match expected Device
ID (06290000).



How to fix this problem ???????????
