bga hand soldering is possible or not?

Hi All ,

I would like to ask, is it possible to do hand soldering in BGA??

is there any easy method to Solder it?

for a prototyping we can use SchmartBoard , but the quantity of the product is very less in count so we cant prefer an outsource here. and any one say how to hand solder BGA in PCB?

Have a lot of cheap rework make for fix game console (xbox etc etc)

that do really good job at decent price ,i rework 0.5mm pitch BGA whit that kind of tool

you may also look for "toaster reflow" on googel that work but personally i not like that

Hand soldering of fine pith component always risk. i would suggest you to go with machine assembly . because once you solder your bga if its not soldered properly then it will become hectic to you.
