Hi,

My structure is like a wrap around antenna that is placed around the cylinder..For feed lines i have created a substrate below ground and below the substrate I have the feed lines..Then i made holes into ground and substrate and connected the feed line and patch with a pin (cylinder with small dia). When I run it on my HFSS 11 it processes a lot of cracked edges and intial meshing takes a lot of time..What can be done to improve the speed of meshing..

Hi Prakash,

I've stopped using HFSS and going for CST now. The transient solver in CST is much quicker since it operates in the time domain + the environment is much more user friendly. I'm still struggling to get used to it, I suggest you do the same and give it a try.
