I am using Express PCB software. i want relay foot print for PCB design. please any one one designed Relay foot print and other component footprint please sent to me.

you should make one according to your requirement.. it is not a difficult task
 

One of the most critical functions of PCB design is the ability to create footprints, if ot the most critical. Today it is mad easier with the guidlines in IPC-7351 IPC-7251
