i have a project to track objects and send their position data through.
I also read this topic :

there were a useful module there
SIM548 GSM/GPRS+GPS Module
that have both GSM and GPS integrated, but i wanted to ask again that is there any Microcontroller with integrated GSM or GPS module??
and also which way is the best to send position data , GPRS or SMS or .. ?
and also is there any better way to send data because there is no GSM network everywhere?
which one is the best , and which one costs less ?
