I am design a switch capacitor circuit.
I want to know how to simulate the noise of the circuit.
First i want to say the hspice commond (like .noise) is not right for me.
I try a low pass filter of SC , then the result of noise simulation is mistake.
In the theory , the noise is KT/C, but the figure is not agree with the equation.
So there is other way for noise simulation for SC circuits or not.

Have you ever try the PSS simulation? Maybe it helps.

Re: I want to know how to simulate the noise of the SC circ

You cannot use normal hpsice noise analysis since it does not account for noise folding effect and thus cannot be used to simulate noise in SC circuits. Use PSS then Pnoise in Spectre instead.

the sc circuit has a time variant nature and usual noise simulations used for other circuits isn't right for it. you need a time domain noise simulation for it.
