Hi,

Can any one suggest me an IC which contains 4 or 8 NPN transistors in single chip as like as 8 resistors in single module called chip resistor?

Thanks,
Murugesh

You can take a look at CA3081 and CA3082 (datasheet for both: **broken link removed** ) if it's okay to have all the transistors in either common collector or common emitter configuration. If you're looking to use them for driving relays, LEDs, etc you may look at using ULN2003 or ULN2803.

Hope this helps.
Tahmid.

Definitely often used ULN2803, just as Tahmid mentioned, also check LM3046.
