simulating component ouside pspice library

Hello,

I am new to orcad capture....I get error message saying" No pspice template for ...(components). Now I know that only only components in the pspice library can be simulated but what are steps to simulate the components outside the pspice library(...\tools\capture\library\..) components? Now i believe that these components can be simulated because i had downloaded simulated files...

Also I cannot change the CON3 connector properties(net name), it is locked somehow.

I searched a lot but couldn't find my problem solution so...
