do you mean the purple line plot or the redline plot ?

redline is clearly omnidirectional, while the purple looks like a dipole plot.
 

If the red is from azimuthal plane and the purple is from elevation, both will be correct.
Pattern of a dipole is omnidirectional like that.

ah yes ok. I missed that phi value in the caption
 

I need to know that how to plot the co and cross polar conponents in H and E plane
